Beach Toolz, LLC is very excited to announce that the Kauai Beach Guide app is now in development for both Android and iPad. The iPhone app is also being updated to be compatible with the latest iOS, and all three are projected to be released at the end of September, 2015.
In researching what would happen if the iPhone app was free, Beach Toolz discovered that the number of downloads tripled. In line with our mission statement to provide excellent beach information to aid in the safety of Kauai’s visitors, we decided that the app needed to stay free in order to reach as many people as possible in our commitment to saving lives on Kauai’s beautiful beaches.
To finance all the apps, we have created a sponsor banner to go on each Beach Info page with the respective sponsor’s name and link to their website. We are proud to announce that The Grand Hyatt Kauai has been the first sponsor to sign up, and will be sponsoring Poipu Beach Park.
Kauai Beach Guide has garnered a lot of attention here on Kauai, and is now featured on the back of the updated Beach Guide pamphlet just released by the Kauai Lifeguard Association. This pamphlet is available to visitors in almost every hotel and vacation rental unit, and we are honored to have this recognition by the Kauai Lifeguard Association.
Thank you for your continued support,
Beach Toolz, LLC
